1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zen Autopilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Zen Autopilot is operated by Bronlo LTD, a UK-registered company (Company Number: 14228957). These Terms apply to all users, including resellers and their end clients.

2. Description of the Service

Zen Autopilot is a proprietary AI-powered automation platform tailored to service-based businesses. Features include:

AI Receptionist (Voice AI)
Booking Automation
Call Handling and Message Capture
CRM and Funnel Management
Review Generation
Email, SMS, Live Chat, and Social Messaging Unification
Meta Ads and Lead Generation Tools
Workflow and Marketing Automation
Custom Prompt Design and AI Personalization

Subscription plans: Zen Flow, Zen Elevate, and Zen Infinity, as described on our website.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to represent a business. All registration details must be true and accurate.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for securing your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Free Trial & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Subscription & Billing

Zen Autopilot subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. Pricing may include:

Monthly or annual plan fees
Usage-based charges (SMS, calls, emails, AI actions)

We do not control pricing from infrastructure partners (e.g., SMS or call providers) and are not responsible for external rate changes.
All payments after the trial period are non-refundable.

7. Licensing, Third-Party Tools, and Data Responsibility

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zen Autopilot within your plan limits.

You retain full ownership of your customer data. This includes data collected from your end customers, leads, or prospects. Zen Autopilot bears no responsibility for how you process or use this data.

Our software is built on and integrates with third-party services. While we uphold the highest operational standards, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for disruptions or limitations caused by these external providers.

Key notes:

Voice AI requires LeadConnector phone numbers. External numbers (e.g., Twilio) are not supported.
Outbound AI calling is available in Zen Infinity via VAPI.ai integration.
Meta Conversions API (CAPI) may require manual integration or additional setup.

8. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any feature or plan. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. No Contingency on Future Features

You acknowledge that your subscription is not contingent upon future features, releases, or public statements about product direction.

10. Suspension and Risk Controls

We may suspend or terminate access for reasons including:

Non-payment
Account misuse
Regulatory risk or security concerns

11. Branding and Customization Responsibility

If you customize the platform with your branding, you are solely responsible for any trademark, copyright, or visual compliance issues. Customization must not mislead others into thinking you developed the software.

12. Feedback and Idea Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Zen Autopilot may be used without compensation or obligation. You waive rights to any claims.

13. DMCA and Copyright Concerns

If you believe your copyrighted content appears on our platform without permission, please contact us. We honor valid DMCA-style takedown requests.

14. Notifications and Communication

Legal or account-related notices may be sent electronically to the email address associated with your account. You agree this satisfies legal notice requirements.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including outages, regulations, natural disasters, and third-party service failures.

16. Data Privacy and Security

Zen Autopilot complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, where applicable.

Data is securely stored on servers used by Zen Autopilot with 2FA-protected admin access and industry-standard encryption.

You may request data access, export, correction, or deletion by contacting support. We do not knowingly store data from minors.

17. Resellers & Rebilling

Approved resellers may offer Zen Autopilot under their brand. Resellers:

Must manage their own customer support and billing
Must ensure end users accept these Terms
Are fully responsible for their clients' actions and data management

18. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding are the property of Bronlo LTD. You may not reuse, replicate, or distribute platform assets without written consent.

19. Termination

Either party may cancel at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations or legal risk. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

20. Limitation of Liability

Zen Autopilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

Loss of revenue, appointments, or data
Service interruptions
Errors due to third-party systems

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zen Autopilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

22. AI Risk and Oversight

Zen Autopilot includes AI-powered features such as voice interaction, automated follow-ups, and scheduling. While we strive for accuracy and performance, AI tools may make errors or generate unexpected outputs. You are solely responsible for monitoring your AI configurations and ensuring they align with your business standards and compliance obligations.

23. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Zen Autopilot for any illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sending spam or unsolicited messages
Violating laws (e.g. data privacy, telemarketing regulations)Harassing or misleading users
Hosting or distributing malware

We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts that breach this policy.

24. Account Non-Transferability

Your account may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person or business without written consent from Zen Autopilot. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if we suspect unauthorized account sharing or transfer.

25. Third-Party Integrations and APIs

Zen Autopilot provides access to third-party tools and APIs to enhance your experience. You understand that we are not responsible for the functionality, security, or compliance of those third-party services. Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

26. Survival of Terms

Sections related to intellectual property, licensing, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and data responsibilities shall survive account termination.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
